The title, which was in the framework of Food and Hotel Exhibition 2013, saw the best chefs from 50 organizations around the country competing in the 5th edition of the Vietnam Culinary Challenge. The event, organized by the Saigon Professional Chefs Guild, was firmly entrenched in Vietnam as a prestigious and highly regarded competition for the nation’s culinary community.
