Toix is a self-taught chef who was involved in numerous careers before coming back to his ultimate passion of cooking.
He and his wife opened their first place Le Champ de Foire in Lencoitre, western France in 1992 and received a few awards including the Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Red Guide, the oldest and best-known European hotel and restaurant reference guide, which awards Michelin stars.
Later he opened fine dining restaurant Passions & Gourmandises located in a garden surrounded by a river in the charming village of St. Benedict. Nine months after opening, the restaurant received its first Michelin Star in 2008.
For this food week, Toix’s talent will please diners with a selection of inspired dishes representing cuisine from various countries and taking them on a discovery of flavor at Sofitel Saigon Plaza, 17 Nguyen Du.
The exclusive Business Lunch menu is VND680,000++, magnifique set menu and Gourmet Menu are VND1.42 million ++.
